American driving has been on the bottom rung of the international ladder for a number of reasons. It's right alongside, it's OK to run a red light as long as you're one of the first 3 people who goes through. And you can do anything you want on a road as long as you do it slowly. If you wish to turn left across oncoming traffic, it's OK as long as you do it slowly.On the subject of brain deficiencies, it is true that the United States is slipping backwards in its overall brain power. We used to be No 1, now I believe we're No 24, and believe it or not, it's up to you and your generation to study hard and reverse this trend, and get the overall brain power up. I'm sure you look around you and wonder why or how some people are able to get through life at all. This means that you're going to have to work doubly hard to make up for them and get the overall average up.
